Your Bishop has received an email regarding the collection of Parents Letters to your Youth that they will receive as part of their Trek experience. We want to make sure that every single young man and young woman attending Trek has a letter from their parents or someone that you designate for them, so that they feel uplifted and encouraged as they are going through their difficult teen years.
Please see to it that each of the youth in your ward that are attending Trek has a letter. The Stake Young Women’s and Young Men’s Presidencies have detailed what these letters will be used for. I would just like to emphasize their importance once again. You should deliver these letters to a member of the Stake Young Mens'/Womens' Presidency before departure on July 8th. We are concerned that very few letters have been collected thus far.
Thanks for helping to make this magnificent Trek experience a once in a lifetime event for all of our young people.
